Tasks

Conduct examination of business processes of GAU "Institute of the General Plan of Moscow", for the purpose of development of the concept of the Corporate information system of the Customer and also collecting, the analysis and formalization of the necessary data allowing to reveal requirements for optimization of key business processes of the Customer by implementation of a corporate system of automation.

Result

The BPM-Ekspert command held a number of meetings in structural divisions of GAU "Institute of the General Plan of Moscow", including economical department, management of coordination of productive activity, accounting, core operating divisions, management of information systems of the organization of town-planning activity. Examination of information systems and also a set of different Excel files for the reporting and maintaining projects was conducted.

On project completion the BPM-Ekspert command prepared the register of business requirements for a corporate system of automation and also the presentation of the project on implementation of a single corporate system of business process automation.
