Creation of the central dispatcher station of management of a tower Evolution

On October 21, 2019 the DeLight 2000 company announced accomplishment of the complex project on creation of the central dispatcher station of management of a tower Evolution which became the headquarters of PJSC Transneft.

Right after completion of construction of a skyscraper Evolution in 2015 the Central Control Building (CCB) which is responsible for work of all engineering systems and life support systems began to function in it.

Information from the sensors and devices installed on 55 floors of the building in the round-the-clock mode arrives to managers for quickly response to possibility of emergency situations.

PJSC Transneft, having become the owner of the building, made the decision on creation of the specialized premises for work of 24/7 TsPUZ.

The DeLight 2000 company completely undertook design of a dispatcher station, beginning from development of design, creation of architectural planning solution, design of jobs of managers and the accompanying furniture, before design the section of audiovisions, heating systems, ventilation, conditioning, water disposal, power supply and an electric lighting, SCS, the system of cable channels.

Central control the building – an important infrastructure element in the modern world. Often builders do not pay due attention to control of work of the engineering systems of the building though any failure can cause considerable negative effects for the people working in the building and the organizations. Designing TsPUZ, we carefully studied specifics of functioning of the relevant services, features of interaction of managers among themselves and with the servicing organizations. We thought also that for hard round-the-clock operation of managers on whose faultless operations depends working conditions (and sometimes and lives) hundreds of people, there will be very important a comfortable and ergonomic premises of TsPUZ noted Mikhail Petrov, the CEO of DeLight 2000

At an implementation stage specialists of DeLight 2000 exercised designer's service of implementation of the above-stated sections, performed selection of finishing materials, executed delivery, installation and setup of the audiovisual equipment and supervisory consoles. Besides, the DeLight 2000 company developed design and executed programming of the interface for a management system for all complex.

Organization of the Central dispatcher station of Transneft

On October 1, 2019 the DeLight 2000 company reported that it implemented the project on creation of the Central dispatcher station for PJSC Transneft.

Due to the relocation of the central office to the Moscow City complex PJSC Transneft made the decision on the organization of a strategic object – the Central dispatcher station integrating all divisions of department of scheduling of flows of oil and oil products.

Project implementation was entrusted DeLight 2000 company. The task of creation of the Central dispatcher station – a key object in a tower Evolution, the character of PJSC Transneft was set for specialists.

For creation of a comfortable ergonomic working space of 24 different premises including an administrative zone, a recreation area and meal, the dispatching hall and the situational center it was executed not only 3D - modeling of scenarios of work of the dispatching center, lighting and acoustic modeling, but also computer simulation of the daily movement of the sun.

The DeLight 2000 company undertook not only creation of an audiovisual complex of the dispatching center, but also architectural, and engineering design.

At the request of the customer the space design of a dispatcher station corresponding to appearance of a tower Evolution and to the status of PJSC Transneft was developed. The careful job analysis and interactions of staff of Transneft executed by DeLight 2000 allowed to organize a convenient working space for dispatching and administrative personnel.

Reliability, functionality and compliance to representative level became the main requirements of the customer to the created complex. All equipment should have the big term of technical and physical obsolenscence.

The reliable technology complex including technology furniture, audiovisual, IT and the engineering systems was designed and brought into operation.

The project for PJSC Transneft became sign for our company. Specialists literally from all divisions worked on it. Together with department of scheduling of flows of oil and oil products of PJSC Transneft we managed to create a "fighting" dispatcher station. The smallest parts of work of dispatching personnel were for this purpose worked out, constructed effective and that is important, ergonomic jobs, the most modern technologies are applied and representative level is sustained, told Mikhail Petrov, the CEO of DeLight 2000
