The Moscow academy of the public and municipal administration (MAGMA) strengthened control over use of budgetary funds

The Moscow academy of the public and municipal administration (MAGMA) automated budget accounting and payroll on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The project is executed by AVRO-BUS company. In a project deliverable the efficiency of control over use of budgetary funds and also labor productivity of accountant officers, settlement and personnel departments is increased.

Within the project installation and tuning of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8 systems is performed, data transfer in a system is performed, user training is provided. Before transition to the new platform the academy used the system of the previous version.

The standard functionality of systems conformed to requirements of higher education institution and was implemented practically without additional settings. The project is executed in a month. The following tasks are automated: fixed asset accounting, material stocks; accounting of the movement and existence of money, accounting of settlings with partners, maintaining purchase ledgers and sales, accounting on limits of budget commitments, agreement settlements on paid training, Electronic Data Interchange with Federal Treasury, payroll calculation, personnel records, maintaining the staff list, reporting about the current financial status and the regulated reporting.
