2018: Automation of activity of treasury

In August, 2018 the project on automation of activity of treasury in "Abrau-Durso" was implemented. The project was implemented by Axioma-Soft company.

Based on preparatory work key users recognized as possible to go by automation of treasury based on the selected product (1S:UH).

Project implementation was broken into the logic blocks broken on an implementation priority.

Feature of the project:

• Business value — in spite of the fact that the basic product from vendor — 1C: Holding Management was used, as a result of implementation the Customer received an individual product which with the low cost of ownership on the one hand, with another — completely adapted for tasks of this Holding.
• Complexity — 11 different scientific systems on the different 1C Platforms, bilateral integration with the Centralized system regarding NSI and cash flow.
• Terms — implementation of functionality of such level complexity in 5 months.
• System usability — Business processes and the system interface are adapted for work of eventual users. Even the CEOs of DZO and UK are involved in process of approval in a system.
• Methods of management of the project — project management using flexible techniques. Along with it is tough fixing of terms and responsibility for the stated result. The project came to the end in time. Orientation at management of projects on sozdaniyebusiness-^[1].
