2019: Three-year contract for pokopiyny service of the office equipment

On October 4, 2019 Sberbank reported that the Sberservice and the Moscow Credit Bank (MCB) completed the pilot and came for signing of the three-year contract for pokopiyny service of the office equipment of bank in more than hundred departments and offices of credit institution in the Moscow region. In total service will cover more than 1200 units of the printing equipment.

The feature of the contract in a variety of the printing equipment which is used by bank, but for us is a typical situation. We are sure of our engineers who have necessary experience and competences. We consider our cooperation as perspective with consecutive increase in volumes of the provided services, comments the board member of Sberservice company Marat Hayretdinov

For increase in efficiency of accomplishment of requests within the contract the Sberservice and MKB adjusted integration of systems Service Desk that will also provide connection of bank to a monitoring system of quality of Sberservice company.

According to the results of open auction in which also vendors – producers of office equipment participated the offer of Sberservice became the most profitable. Besides, we are glad that the winner of an auction has a considerable bank experience.
