2019: Implementation of a solution package of Network Intelligence
On October 7, 2019 the Beeline company reported that it signed the agreement with RADCOM company.
According to the company, RADCOM will provide a solution package of Network Intelligence which will integrate processes of quality control of services and will allow to analyze and improve more deeply Beeline network functioning, mobile applications and all subscriber devices.
Thanks to this system the company will be able to obtain the most complete information about quality and volume of the provided service. A system analyzes all subscriber session and work of each element of network, from the client's smartphone to transmission quality of information from external resources. Analyzing this information using Big Data technologies, Beeline will be able to study in detail needs of each client and to plan under them the necessary capacity of network. The implemented solution will help to develop the personalized services and will increase the processing speed of requests in customer service centers thanks to increase in information volume about client experience.
RADCOM Network Intelligence will monitor work of services Beeline in the automatic mode. Monitoring is integrated into the virtualized platform Beeline.
The solution RADCOM thanks to full automation of processes will transfer our service to the following level, at the same time will lower operating costs. The solution is quickly scaled, and its implementation will become a part of preparation of the company for start of a 5G.
