RSVO UHSS (Universal Hardware and Software System)

The Universal Hardware and Software System (UHSS) of RSVO is a basis of the Control node of subsystems and the solutions used in creation of end-to-end systems of security and warning systems of different levels.

The universal hardware and software system allows to integrate all subsystems for management within one the automated workplace (AW). SOFTWARE a complex it is adapted for work on domestic to the operating system Astra Linux.

2019

Creation and UPAK expansion

According to information for October 10, 2019, are going to add three more components to functionality of UPAK RSVO. It is about the federal system of the centralized notification using the standard of on-air digital television broadcasting DVB-T2, special warning systems of small localities based on infrastructure UCS (universal communication services) and the systems of intra house informing and the notification (SVI).

RSVO expects to create a complex of the software and technical means intended for embedding of data (signals of the notification and informing on emergency, special information messages) in a TV signal in a digital form in DVB-T2 format for the address notification of inhabitants of the households which are in a coverage of the first and second multiplexes. Was going to implement the solution RSVO on ready all-Russian infrastructure of TV and radio broadcasting of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Russian Television and Broadcasting Network (RTRS) and Russian Satellite Communications Company (GP KS). However on October 10, 2019 in the press service of GP KS told that the enterprise has no projects with RSVO. RTRS did not respond to the request.

In addition to the specified initiative, RSVO is going to bring notification signals of emergency based on infrastructure of UUS to small localities (localities with a density below 10 people at 1 sq.km). The enterprise suggests to retrofit the universal payphone the terminal equipment, including a communication equipment, the intensifying equipment, the horn loudspeakers. However inclusion of the similar systems in structure of the municipal automated system of the centralized notification (MASCN) requires approval of the solution of regional branches PJSC Rostelecom and departments of the Ministry of Emergency Measures on subjects. The press service of Rostelecom told that at this stage the company to the project was not attracted.
