Otkrytiye and Micro Focus bank agreed about cooperation

2019: The agreement for development of management systems of bank

On October 11, 2019 it became known, Otkrytiye bank as Micro Focus signed the memorandum of cooperation.

The document was signed by the board member, the head of an IT block of Otkrytiye bank Sergey Rusanov and the CEO of Micro Focus company in Russia Andrey Kutukov. The choice of software of Micro Focus as the target solution for implementation of a monitoring system of Otkrytiye bank became a reason for signing of this memorandum.

Main goal of the memorandum – determination of the principles of partnership of the parties within the program of development of management systems of IT in Otkrytiye bank.

For implementation of this program the bank by the invitation of Micro Focus will take part in the program of the client advisory boards Micro Focus (Customer Advisory Board), a dynamic customer group from the different industries for exchange of experience, the best practices and influences on the directions of development of software Micro Focus worldwide.

"Micro focus" will give to bank expert support in area of management systems of IT. In particular, will participate in inspection of the current IT processes and also in formation of approaches and architectural concepts according to the program of development of management systems of IT of credit institution. The company by the invitation of bank will take part in work of project teams which will be engaged in development of solutions on increase in management efficiency of IT.

The parties also agreed to work possibilities of implementation of technological solutions in Otkrytiye bank in the horizon of 2019-2022.
