AC-Group and Elittech equipped with the videowall the conference hall "Municipal Command center the region of the urban district Dubna"

2019: Equipment by the videowall of the conference hall MTsUR

On October 14, 2019 the AC-Group company reported that it together with Elittech equipped with the videowall the conference hall of Municipal Command center the region of the urban district Dubna.

According to the company, the Municipal Command Center Region (MCCR) of the urban district Dubna received the modern system visualization information constructed based on the videowall of 2х3 of 6 tonkoshovny panels LG under control of the DigiBird controller.

The project in the shortest possible time the companies executed the Moscow companies AC-Group and Elittech.

Acted as the project orderer Administrations of the city district Dubna of the Moscow region, integrator – AC-Group company which main specialization – implementation of a full range of services in the organization of an information structure of the enterprise, since preparation of the project and finishing with installation of equipment, the supplier of the equipment – Elittech company.

Within implementation of a pilot project "The smart city" it was accepted it is decided to organize Municipal Command center the region and to place it in the former premises of MFC.

For operational and many-sided work of structural divisions of the main executive authority it was necessary to create the equipped premises where it is possible to hold meetings, conferences, negotiations at the highest level, and video conferences with high-quality information display by means of videowall 2х3 are modern.

Based on requests of the customer and inspection of an object, developers it was offered to implement the project on the basis of 6 LED of the LG 55LV77 panels with an ultrathin frame of 3.5 mm in size, with a brightness of 700 cd/m ², the image with update rate 60Hz, wide angle of the overview and interfaces: HDMI/DP/DVI-D/RGB/RS232C/RJ45/USB/IR Receiver/Audio.

For management the hardware controller of the DigiBird videowall based on the DB-VWC2-M4-FR3K chassis with 8 HDMI (each FullHD 60Hz) inputs and 8 HDMI exits (each FullHD 60Hz) is selected. DB-VWC2 controllers support parallel and cross processing of several signals at the same time without PCI/PCI-E of technology at once and have broad functionality:

• Imposing, extension, increase and free arrangement of content on one or several displays and also PIP in any place on the videowall
• Support of framing and compensation of a frame
• Switching between sources without delays of blasting or shading of the screen of transitions
• Fixing of positioning of windows on a wall so that the desirable scenario was not accidentally violated
• Output not less than 4 layers of the image to each display
• Support of creeping line

In September, 2019 an object is put in operation. For October, 2019 in the Center the round-the-clock collection of information on such profile blocks as power, roads and transport, medicine, education is conducted, problems of housing and public utilities are controlled and fixed and also the addresses of inhabitants received directly via the Dobrodel system and social networks are processed.
