VOX Hotel implemented the system of face recognition Spy.space

2019: Implementation of Spy.space of the ACS

On October 14, 2019 it became known that the VOX Hotel implemented the system of face recognition Spy.space for access isolation to premises with inventory items. Further the hotel will also use the Spy.space system for quality evaluation of customer service.

The input to premises is performed on biometrics of the person, only the chief of economic service or other person with registered access can open a door. Each input exit is registered. And an exit from the premises is possible only upon sending the completed electronic form — who that took from where and how many. Forms are automatically transferred to an external system of accounting, in this case — 1C. Further the accounting system itself counts a remaining balance and on them makes the plan of purchase.

According to Irina Reut managing VOX Hotel, a system allows to avoid transfer of keys from premises to the third parties and thefts of goods from a warehouse, increases economy of means and quality of accounting.

The hotel is also going to use the Spy.space system for customer service quality evaluation. For this purpose the rack a reception is equipped with cameras and modules of video detecting, and compared as the mood of clients changes during communication with personnel. Thus a system will replace to hotel of the secret buyer^[1].
