On October 17, 2019 it became known that the electronic queue of the NEURONIQ system was set in FBUZ "The center of hygiene and epidemiology", Mytishchi, to the Moscow Region.
Due to implementation of an intelligent system of NEURONIQ other terms of service of patients are created essentially: comfortable waiting without the need for idle standing in queues and amendments in what window to address, reduction of time of stay in the Center, decrease in probability of emergence of conflict situations.
Due to the competent distribution of patients and reduction of quantity of questions of help character load of the staff of the medical organization is reduced, holding time decreases and the efficiency of the Center in general increases.
Important component of the NEURONIQ system is the software performing in addition to flux profile of visitors, preparation of statistic reports by different parameters of service. This information can be used for development of measures for increase in efficiency.
A similar system can be applied with success in clinics, medical clinics and laboratories, in drugstores and in other organizations where there are "queues".
