The Secretariat of Coordination Council of Attorney-Generals of the CIS countries automated drawing up the budget reporting

In accounting of the Secretariat of Coordination Council of Attorney-Generals of the CIS countries implementation of the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting and 1C: Payroll and Personnel systems is complete. The project is executed by All Accounting company.

The main objectives facing the management of accounting of the Secretariat consisted in fulfillment of requirements, the expenses shown to authorization in the international organization and also problems of automation of procedures of drawing up and unloading of the budget reporting for the manager of budgetary funds – Executive Committee of the CIS countries.

Within the project tuning of the "1C: Accounting for budgetary institutions" software product taking into account requirements imposed to authorization of expenses in the international organization was performed mechanisms of formation of the regulated budget reporting and the reporting shown uchrediteleyam are specified.

In the 1C: Payroll and Personnel system automation of payroll is executed, templates of postings for the used types of charges and deduction are configured and also the chart of accounts for unloading of postings on the salary and taxes on FOT in the "1C: Accounting for budgetary institutions" program is configured.

Now in accounting of the Secretariat procedures of drawing up annual and intermediate budget accounts, the procedure of unloading of the budget reporting for the manager – Executive Committee of the CIS countries are automated; account of fixed assets and material stocks is kept; accounting of settlement with suppliers is automated.
