2019: Representation of the soundproofed cabinets

On October 18, 2019 the Lanmaster company provided the soundproofed cabinets of the Soundproof LAN-DC-CBSP series.

As noted in Lanmaster, at the modern offices in particular organized by the principle of Open space often there is no opportunity to select the certain premises for placement of telecommunication equipment. In some cases the only opportunity is the arrangement of the information equipment and servers in the same premises where people work. In similar situations it is recommended to install the IT equipment in the soundproofed construct, with noise suppression.

The soundproofed Lanmaster cabinets on appearance are similar to normal office furniture, but at the same time conform to requirements to the organization of the correct placement 19" the equipment, claim in Lanmaster. The cabinet provides sound insulation, has the built-in ventilation and allows to install horizontal and vertical blocks of the distributed power supply (PDU):

• Depth: 1130 mm
• Loading: 1000 kg

According to the producer, internal construction of a cabinet of Lanmaster Soundproof is developed using technology of the sound isolation providing absorption of noise from the equipment installed in a cabinet. Decrease in noise level at distance of 1 meter from a cabinet is 18-21 dB.

Features mentioned by the producer:

• Fit practically into any office environment thanks to the finishing from a light interline interval
• The oar front door saves the space necessary for placement and service of a cabinet
• The lining from acoustic foam lowers the heard circuit noise by 20 dB (A) at distance 1 meter from a cabinet
• Space for placement of the vertical PDU blocks in a back part of a cabinet
• Locks on a front door and side bars
• Are completed with 6 low-noise exhaust fans.

The all-welded bearing side frames are made using the technology automated many-sided are flexible. Monoblock upper and lower panels reliably fasten to the main frame. Thanks to the design features the cabinet maintains a distributed load to 1000 kg, emphasized in Lanmaster.

Characteristics of cabinets of Lanmaster Soundproof:

1. the Back door is made of metal, has a double covering, is equipped with the lock with the handle. The Povekhnost of both layers is covered with sound-proof material. The oar front door is made of chipboard with a melamine covering and has the cylinder lock. From the inside the front door is sheathed by sound-proof material.
2. the Back door is equipped with two built-in ventilating modules on three fans in everyone. On each side a back door outlets for withdrawal of a hot air are located. The system of active ventilation quiet, does not exceed noise level 29-30 dB and is completely absorbed by a cabinet.
3. B to a floor of a cabinet is located an opening for an institution of cable flows with four preset brush inputs.
4. Sidewalls on both parties have a removable panel for ensuring access to the installed equipment and vertical PDU. Panels are equipped with locks and sheathed by sound-absorbing material.
5. the Decorative panel on a roof of a cabinet is made of chipboard with a melamine covering of color a larch thanks to what the cabinet well fits in office interior. On a roof of a cabinet it is possible to place office equipment.
6. the Cabinet is intended for placement 19" the equipment, with fastening on two or four mounting profiles. Installation of shelves of frontal fastening and the power shelves having four points of fastening with installation on front and back profiles is possible. Guides are executed of steel 2.0 mm thick and have numbering of units.
7. B a set of a cabinet vertical trays of an angular form which can be used for placement of vertical PDU on the one hand and fixings of cable flows by means of couplers on other plane of a tray are available.
8. 19" mounting profiles have a possibility of adjustment on depth with the fixed step.
9. the Cabinet is equipped a set of the strengthened rollers that allows to move a cabinet with the installed equipment. Rollers are hidden behind the built-in socle. In the back panel of a socle there is an opening under cable entry closed by a removable stub.
