2019: Implementation of VKS of IVA MCU

On October 21, 2019 the IVA Technologies company reported that the unified corporate platform for carrying out video conferences and webinars of IVA MCU was implemented in BARS GROUP for ensuring effective remote interaction and interactive communication between the staff of the offices located for October, 2019 in 17 cities of Russia.

The Russian developer IVA Technologies implemented the project on creation of a modern system of a video conferencing at head office of the federal IT company and also in its production, project and commercial divisions.

Project objective – cost optimization of the company on business trips of employees, increase in efficiency of internal and external communication and also improvement of a system of corporate training and personnel development.

Implementation of the IVA MCU platform allowed to increase efficiency of decision making and effective management of the enterprise, allowing employees to take part in a broad spectrum of actions – meetings, planning meetings, business meetings, webinars, trainings, the presentations, lectures, seminars, corporate occupations and so forth – without personal presence at a format of forward translations or at record.
