Tele2 provided with communication service of psychological assistance to teenagers

On October 21, 2019 Tele2 reported that it provided communication to fund of psychological support of youth "Your territory". Now teenagers can ask for the help not only with phone and also through an Internet chat.

Smooth operation of an Internet chat of fund provides timely support in a difficult situation.

The Your Territory project works more than 5 years in the field of remote crisis consultation of youth up to 23 years. Tasks of the center include rendering the emergency psychological assistance to children and teenagers in crisis statuses: in ill treatment cases, the conflicts or the injuring situations and also informing on dangers and methods of protection against a phishing, cyberbullying or an auting in online space. In 2018 30,768 requests from teenagers from all regions of the Russian Federation came to service. In St. Petersburg the ringing line helped 178,000 minutes.
