2019: Agreement on start of the cellular operator

On October 22, 2019 Citylife, the international company on creation of a comfortable ecosystem for people and business based on Big Data technologies reported that they together with TSMobility company signed the agreement on cooperation. The companies are going to start in the next 2 months a pilot project on creation of own operator of the international cellular communication using technologies on the basis of the analysis of Big Data.

The project is going to be implemented based on technical infrastructure of Tottoli GSM operator which, according to the document TSMobility will provide.

At the first stage of cooperation of the company are going to develop necessary software tools for integration, obtaining expanded information on subscribers and processing of data retrieveds using the Big Data tools.

After 2 months allotted on implementation of a pilot project, CITYLIFE and TSMobility are going to scale the developments: users of the created telecom operator will receive unlimited communication worldwide and on a flat fare.

Besides, results of a pilot project will become an integral part of the database necessary for development of a mathematical model of the index of the personality which for October, 2019 is conducted by specialists Skolkovo.
