Due to the intensive development of Huadyan-Teninsky combined heat and power plant company, improvement of business processes of the enterprise there was a need to use modern methods of work with documents, process automation was required.

The decision to use the "1C: Document Flow CORP (Russian and English interface)" software product was made. Automation was made by the partner of 1C company having experience of implementation of this product.

Specialists of Spectrum-Automation consulting LLC executed consultation on the choice of the software and options of its implementation, made sale of the selected software products, executed the software installation "1C: Document flow CORP", collecting and requirement analysis of the customer, development of methodological solutions on the automated business processes, modeling of the revealed business processes, was prepared by a set of requirements and an order of their accomplishment, executed technical implementation of specific features of the Customer and integration with the existing systems "1C: Enterprise", executed initial filling of NSI and setup of business processes, prepared instructions of users, provided elementary education of users, rendered consultations during trial operation at the good professional grade.

Implementation of the selected product allowed to automate the following sections of work with documents:

• 1. The "office-work" including functional units:
  • Incoming documents;
  • Outgoing documents;
  • Orders and Orders;
  • Memos;
  • Minutes of meetings;
  • Approval of production documents;
  • Local regulations;
  • Tasks and Instructions;
  • Control of terms of consideration.

• 2. The "Financial document flow" including functional units:
  • Approval of agreements, supplementary agreements;
  • Requests for payment;
  • Approval of primary accounting documents.

• 3. "Personnel documents", the including functional units:
  • Personnel documents.
