ANT-Tsifrovye services (1C: Document Flow 8 CORP)

In ANT-Tsifrovye Services company there were several main objectives on which there were regularly problems:

• it was not clear who and when approved the document (indistinct responsibility, poor issued documentation)
• loss of paper versions or big time for search of necessary documentation
• labor-consuming execution of internal documents
• it is not clear where the document on approval hung up and what is the time already all procedure borrows
• there was no system for the organization of storage of the project documentation etc.

For the solution of these tasks the Department of Consulting of 1C suggested to consider the solution 1C: Document Flow CORP and the solution Docsvision. Decided to select 1C, t. to in staff of the organization there is a separate department which is engaged in the direction of solutions on the 1C Platform.

During the project the following tasks were automated:

• Office-work
• Accounting and document storage
• Maintaining nomenclature of affairs
• Accounting and control of execution of instructions
• Accounting of agreements

What benefits were received by the company:

• 1. 100% of the tasks described above are automated
• 2. Regular work on optimization of time for approval of documents and their design is conducted
• 3. Work with the entering and outgoing documentation is automated

Further integration with the accounting system of the company is planned.
