WHAT Energy (1C: Document Flow 8 CORP)

Business objective of the project is increase in employee performance of JSC EKO-Energiya for the account:

• 1) Increases in efficiency of obtaining necessary information.
• 2) Increases in transparency of business processes.
• 3) Unification of processes of preparation, processing and the movement of the entering, outgoing, internal and also contractual documents in electronic form.
• 4) Automation of process of approval of contractual and procurement documentation of the Customer according to the set routes.
• 5) Automation of process of formation and control of instructions.
• 6) Streamlinings of work of employees with documents: an exception of a possibility of loss of document revisions or intersection of fragments at simultaneous operation, quality improvement of ready material and ordering of work of users.
• 7) Reductions of search time of the necessary information and total time of collective document handling.
• 8) Creations of the closed information exchange circuit by means of integration "1C: Document Flow CORP" with "1C: Payroll and HR Management" which allowed:
  • to perform transfer of the normative reference information (divisions, positions, users), user base, necessary for maintaining, in the 1C: Document Flow CORP system.
  • to perform data transmission on otsutstviye of employees, necessary for formation of the rights on delegation (substitution) in the 1C: Document Flow CORP system.

• 9) Creations of the closed information exchange circuit by means of integration "1C: Document Flow CORP" with

"1C: Enterprise Accounting CORP" which allowed to perform transfer of the coordinated contractual documentation (the agreement, the invoice for payment) necessary for accounting in the 1C: Enterprise Accounting CORP system.

During the project functions are automated:

• Office-work
• Accounting and document storage
• Maintaining nomenclature of affairs
• Accounting and control of execution of instructions
• Accounting of agreements

As a result of system implementation in OA "What Energy" the following results are received: 1) The possibility of approval of contractual and procurement documentation and also outgoing correspondence, internal documents (orders, memos, etc.) according to the set routes is implemented; 2) The work of employees with documents excluding a possibility of loss of versions or intersection of fragments at simultaneous operation, quality improvement of ready material (projects, documentation and so forth) at the expense of the solution of a large number of matters of argument is arranged. 3) Accounting and control of execution of instructions at the different levels is provided. 4) Search time of the necessary information and total time of collective document handling is reduced.
