GMCS provided NIPIgazpererabotka with a BI system

2019: QlikView implementation

On October 24, 2019 the GMCS company announced end of system implementation of the analytical reporting based on QlikView for NIPIGAZA, the center for design management, deliveries, logistics and construction which is a part of the SIBUR. The system of analytical maintenance is used for tracking and management of all project technical documentation within the project of construction of the Amur gas processing plant which as the general contractor is managed by NIPIGAZ.

The Amur gas processing plant (GPP) PJSC Gazprom will become large-scale production on gas processing. The plant is under construction within the Eastern Gas Program of PJSC Gazprom.

A BI system allows to monitor the movement of huge volume of project technical documentation from the numerous contractors involved in the project and maintaining correspondence with the different organizations. In QlikView more than 100 different indicators arriving from several systems are analyzed: EDMS, systems of technical document flow, manual data sources.

NIPIGAZ renders a full range of project management services, including preparation of the work documentation, supply of equipment and materials, accomplishment of installation and construction works and the subsequent transfer of the enterprise to the customer. Analytical maintenance allows to control in the online mode execution of works on release of project technical documentation, to react quickly to any changes and also to make necessary changes to documentation, tells Natalya of Carrick, the head of technical document flow NIPIGAZA

The main project is executed in 6.5 months. In a system nine dashbord, including a dashboard for tracking of key KPI are implemented. Using the designer of reports embedded in the application users can independently configure necessary reports and exchange the received results with colleagues from adjacent divisions.

The analytical solution is completely ready to peak of the project which is the share of current and 2020. Within development additional indicators according to requirements NIPIGAZA were added to the system of analytical maintenance, noted Elena Ivanova, the curator of the project, GMCS company
