Reasons of implementation of an automated system:

• a large number of documents and lack of competent structuring because of what a lot of time left on search of the necessary document;
• it is inconvenient to monitor setting, approval and a statement and execution of documents;
• it is difficult to define at what stage of work with documents there are errors and delays;
• at increase in a flow of documentation there are errors, data loss, work considerably slows down;
• confusion with relevance of documents.

The customer came in an output that it is necessary to arrange and automate work with documentation and made such inquiry in Axioma-Soft company. The decision to automate office-work by means of the 1C: Document Flow PROF software product was made. Specialists rendered consultation on the choice of the most suitable software product, installed the program on the computer and provided training.

Within implementation templates of the agreements and supplementary agreements and also entering and outgoing documents are unified, automatic filling of documents on templates is configured, storage of registers and the nomenclature of affairs, maintaining the magazine of document transfer is configured. Compound processes of the entering and outgoing letters and also approval routes for different agreement types are configured. Convenient reports on agreements and supplementary agreements are configured.

As a result the customer could classify documents and had an opportunity to find quickly necessary according to any details, including the contents. At the expense of a possibility of use of templates process of creation of documents became simpler, control of the head at the expense of a possibility of observation of process of work with documents improved. In turn, the possibility of preserving of document revisions allowed to use all practices. Implementation of this automated system allowed to arrange work of IP Zir Mikhail Vitalyevich in general.
