At shoe factory "Yunichel" the ERP system based on "1C: Trade Management" is brought into operation. The project is executed by Business Automation company. Project tasks were: automation of conducting porazmerny accounting of footwear and use of technology of barcoding for accounting and control of the movement of finished goods in warehouses. More than 80 jobs for managers, storekeepers, operators of a warehouse are automated.
The implemented solution provided a possibility of order placement to wholesale buyers online using data collection terminals, production planning and obtaining operational data on a remaining balance on warehouses, the sizes and models of footwear, optimization of distribution of loads for motor transport and also the general increase in efficiency of personnel.
Automation of network of retail stores of Yunichel factory and creation of a management system for shops will become the next stage.
