For implementation of the software product the SAYNRES LLC company which works at the market of services in automation was invited and proved as the partner of 1C company.

For solving of tasks of creation of the unified information system for registration and storage of different document types and business process automation (consideration, execution, approval, document approval) the 1C: Document Flow 8 PROF software product which provides automation of a full stroke of processing of white and internal papers of the company was selected.

During the project 15 jobs are automated.

Implementation of the software product allowed to automate such tasks as:

• Office-work
• Accounting and document storage
• Maintaining nomenclature of affairs
• Accounting and control of execution of instructions
• Time recording
• Accounting of agreements

As a result of use of the 1C: Document Flow 8 PROF software product the single database of storage and accounting of documents is provided, process of approval of documents is automated. It was succeeded to reduce search time of the necessary information and time of document handling, work of users was systematized and disciplined.
