2019: System implementation of electronic identification and tracing of a status of broaching tools
On October 29, 2019 it became known that on the Moscow industrial complex "Salyut" of JSC UEC which does turbine aircraft engines the solution from the Industry 4.0 area appeared: the system of electronic identification and tracing of a status of broaching tools which cut metal and are used for production of different parts of the engine. The software developed for the solution domestic Federal State Unitary Enterprise GOSNIIAS.
Now to find any tool and quickly it will be possible to learn about degree of its wear in real time. According to specialists, it will allow to reduce purchase of the equipment by 20%.
The system of electronic identification and tracing of a status of a broaching tool is implemented within the state program "National technology base". The operation algorithm is simple: apply with the laser a two-dimensional barcode on each tool, and issue to the employee who works at it the mobile device. It writes information on work, and at the end of the day it is entered in the general database. Having analyzed data, a system warns when it is time to replace or repair tools.
The Salute PC of JSC UEC is the enterprise which makes more than 100 years aviation engines in the territory of the city. In 2018 it received the status of an industrial complex of Moscow, and now has an opportunity to use support of the capital government, including tax benefits, noted the Head of Department of investment and industrial policy of the city of Moscow Alexander Prokhorov
