The DocsVision system is selected according to the results of the choice of SEDO among such as: IBM Lotus Notes, Documentum, Landocs and others. The solution is intended for: - automation of the main circuits of document flow in investment activities; - creation of electronic archive on projects and the design and estimate documentation; - business process management of investment design; - assessment of quantitative and qualitative parameters of projects and key performance indicators for the different directions of investment activities. Using the gateways DocsVision integration with MS SPPS, MS Project and also the system of the automated financial monitoring of the invested enterprises functioning in Fund will be performed. End-to-end business process automation on all stages of investment design, approval of agreements, projects, estimates and investment requests will be result.
