The pilot project within which the archive of documents on incoming inspection of materials and component parts of Bureau of external acceptance of JSC Volgaburmash technical inspection department is automated is performed. The storage system and document retrieval, the materials accompanying receipt on the plant (certificates, delivery notes, etc.), and also accounting of results of laboratory analyses of the arrived products is developed. Business process of registration of the accompanying documentation for materials and components on production of drilling equipment, and business process of mailing of tasks for a research of samples of the arrived products in 4 laboratories of the plant is developed. Cards with a unique set of details for information storage about the arrived materials and about results of researches in laboratories, more than 10 templates of printed forms of documents are created.
