The solution is intended for automation of the registration and approval of memos, orders entering and outgoing documentation. In total in a system there are about 10 document types. Users of a system are secretaries, heads of departments and departments, deputy CEOs of the company.

Further it is planned:

• Automation of process of approval of agreements and requests (9 different requests);
• Dynamic synchronization of the reference book of employees with the Active Directory;
• Integration into the fax server;
• Implementation of the EDS and enciphering of documents;
• Creation of external archive of documents;
• System deployment on managed companies (3-4 companies, with a total quantity of users about 6000).
