About Gold (1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0)

2019: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

In June, 2019 the project on implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 in About Gold was implemented. KoderLine acted as the contractor.

Before implementation there was a problem with conducting management accounting, there were no regulated forms of accounting and tax statements, manual formation of some types of the reporting sometimes led to the errors caused by "a human factor".

At project implementation by the contractor the main business processes of purchases and sales at the enterprise were analyzed:

• Wholesale by purchased goods
• Wholesale by the goods which arrived on the commission
• Transfer for sale of own goods (the commission scheme)
• Transfer for sale of the goods which arrived on the commission (the commission scheme)
• Production of jewelry according to the tolling scheme (raw materials transfer to the provider)

The scheme of reflection of business processes in the company in the accounting system is changed based on 1C:ERP (failure from the order scheme of work) Based on work in the company the following sections of accounting are automated:

• Wholesale
• Commission trade
• Production according to the tolling scheme of work
• Regulated accounting

According to the results of works document flow on reflection of the main business processes of the enterprise decreased approximately half (there are no order documents). It significantly facilitated work of the enterprise and accounting became simpler and transparent.
