In October, 2018 the project on implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 at the Tatburneft enterprise was implemented. The Parma Telecom company acted as the contractor.

From connection with growth of scales of business and regional diversification, the Customer was faced the need of review and improvement of approaches to the organization of information support of management.

Main objective of program implementation of transformation – increase in efficiency of activity of the Customer due to creation of CIS allowing:

  • provide accurate distribution of responsibility, interaction of all divisions and employees, information flows between them;
  • lower conditional fixed costs, optimize a management structure, resource management processes of the Company;
  • build information flows of production planning and accounting, their coordination with the economic block;
  • provide IT support of business processes of the Company;
  • increase informative value due to its completeness, the present, accuracy.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Integration into third-party automation systems
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Individual training at office of the customer
  • Training in group at office of the customer
  • Distance learning of users
  • Installation and setup servers DBMS
  • Installation and setup of servers, workstations and peripheral equipment
