2017: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

In June, 2017 the project on implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 in shop our toy was implemented. Forvard-Aksiont acted as the contractor.

At the time of the beginning of the project account of activity of the company was kept in different information systems, it created difficulties in obtaining reliable information and formation of the necessary reporting.

As a result of implementation of the software product, the enterprise received an information system the activity of the company allowing to estimate in any required cuts. On project completion the financial department had an opportunity to quickly receive the consolidated management reporting on the regulations approved in the company that occupied earlier very progressive tense.

System implementation allowed to achieve the following results:

• Reduce labor input of preparation of the management reporting by 2.7 times.
• Accelerate submission of the monthly and quarterly management reporting twice.
• Reduce providing the annual reporting by 1 month.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
• Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
• Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
• Individual training at office of the customer
• Training in group at office of the customer

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management
• Personnel management and personnel records (HRM)
• Sales management, logistics and transport (SFM WMS TMS)
• Finance, management accounting, monitoring of indicators
