Sveza Resource (1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0)

2019: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

In July, 2019 the project on implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 at the Sveza Resource enterprise was implemented. The Severstal-Infokom Soft company acted as the contractor.

In the implementation project progress within regulated accounting the following works were performed:

• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system;
• Delivery of software products;
• Completion of the standard solution regarding BNU with adding new and expansion of the existing functions;
• Setup of the program to start accounting;
• User training.

The following subsystems are put into commercial operation:

• Cash management;
• Personnel management;
• Purchase management;
• Cost accounting;
• Accounting and tax accounting according to RAS.

System implementation allowed to increase transparency of accounting, to reduce labor input of formation of primary documents, to reduce terms of preparation and to increase quality of the regulated reporting.
