2019: Implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0

In June, 2019 the project on implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 in the company of the Nickname was implemented. The Balance-Service company acted as the contractor.

In the course of pilot implementation by the contractor data transfer is executed of the old systems. Modification of a system according to requirements is executed. Specialists of Balance-Service company prepare and transfer necessary NSI and a remaining balance from the previous systems. A remaining balance on warehouses is updated.

As a result of automation it was received

• common information space, unification of NSI, uniform conducting management accounting;
• receiving a remaining balance on finished goods warehouses, materials and semi-finished products in real time;
• tracking of the general settlement with partners;
• formation and control of accomplishment of supply requisitions Inventories on warehouses;
• different schemes of approval of orders of suppliers depending on an order amount and the purchased nomenclature;
• formation of sales plans, productions, purchases and control of their accomplishment;
• formation and control of accomplishment of orders of buyers and accomplishment of supplier orders;
• formation commercial offers and control of their accomplishment;
• formation of the commodity calendar, both taking into account commercial offers, and without them;
• reports on profitability of sales at sale on different conditions and on different business regions;
• the report allowing to calculate the salary of managers of sales department taking into account control of overdue receivables on the manager's clients;
• autocompletion of warehouses in customer orders depending on the volume of the shipped products by types of the nomenclature;
• accounting of acts of discrepancy at sale of finished goods to the client and control of their timely working off;
• formation and control of accomplishment of orders for movement of the nomenclature and orders for transfer to the storeroom;
• accounting of issue of materials and semi-finished products in production on limits – form monthly limits of transfer of materials to production, prohibition on transfer of materials to production over limits is made;
• formation and control of accomplishment of orders for delivery.

Synchronization according to the schedule is configured 1CERP":" and "1C: Accounting 8, edition 3", is configured seamless integration with "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP".
