2019: Automation of "Personnel records and payroll"

In August, 2019 the project on implementation 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 at the Zarem plant (The Maykop geared plant) was implemented. The contractor selected StavAnalysis company.

All project of automation is decided to be separated into 3 projects:

• "Personnel records and payroll";
• "Operational accounting by production";
• "Regulated accounting".

The first implemented the "Personnel Records and Payroll" project. In the course of implementation the following works are performed:

• transfer of reference books and documents of personnel records from 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management in 1C:ERP
• data transfer about average earnings, tax deductions, employee personal accounts from INFIN
• setup of planned charges according to requirements of the enterprise (by means of standard functionality of ERP)
• printed forms, reports on requirements are finished
• reflection wage in reg accounting taking into account distribution by structural divisions is finished

The following sections are as a result automated:

• accounting of the movement of the personnel and settlings with personnel in uniform base 1C:ERP;
• accounting and analysis of a personnel status;
• accounting and analysis of the staff list;
• fast and transparent payroll accounting of employees;
• accounting of taxes and contributions from wage fund;
• reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in regulated accounting;
• management to settlement with personnel, including deposition;
• preparation and delivery of the regulated reporting in the Social Insurance Fund, RPF, IFTS.
