2016: Creation of a corporate portal

Task

Integrate on one portal of directors of all shop of network and all top management.

Execution

It was paid to interfaces much attention: the portal will not be successful if each page needs instructing. Some modules were drawn by analogy with the current systems of the Customer for adaptation simplification. More than 30 interviews and employee surveys of the Customer were conducted.

Result

The portal completely closed tasks of the reporting, tracking of quality of work and automated a number of the moments on which time (or they were ignored in general) — KPI of employees was spent earlier, the reporting of directors, plus a large number of important data from different sources was for the first time reduced on one page — the employee for each role on the portal.
