Automate processes of mortgage lending of ДОМ.РФ.

Execution

The data bus performs interaction between all ДОМ.РФ systems, transforming a format of data of one system to another.

Results

Automated processes of mortgage lending. That in the course of exchange the giving system did not need to make additional actions, integration interactions with the bus are used: data come in one format, the bus transforms to necessary, and gives to several systems.

• Automatic formation of requests for obtaining statements of Rosreestr
• Possibility of signing of requests electronic signature
• Function of sending the signed requests to Rosreestr by means of SIEI (system of interdepartmental electronic interaction)
• Notifications of the user on change of the status of the created request
• Functionality of viewing by employees of ДОМ.РФ of the reply of Rosreestr
• Commenting to the answer before its sending to the Partner.

Support and development of "Personal account of the borrower"

In January, 2019 the task to support and develop "A personal account of the borrower" of ДОМ.РФ was set for Extyl company.

Volume flow of tasks: transition to certificates according to GOST, completion of statistics on not answered addresses, reflection in LKZ of debt on capitalized interest, transfer to EIS of the changed borrower's addresses, completion of the report of "address", etc.

Tasks of development of LKZ are carried out in parallel. It is reached at the expense of a big team of experts, involved in the project.
