2019: Implementation 1C:ERP+PM Management of the project organization

In August, 2019 the project on implementation 1C:ERP+PM Management of the project organization in Stroyzheldorproyekt company was implemented. The contractor selected Intensive Center the Aster.

For the purpose of control and the correct distribution of labor resources it is implemented:

1. the scheme of accounting of labor costs on the implementation phases of works at project stages consisting of preliminary, main and extra works with a binding to the schedule of the project Is developed and implemented.
2. the workplace "Reflection of the actual labor costs" for registration, approvals, a statement and transfer in production phases of operating time of contractors on projects on stages of projects and work types Is created.
3. automatic closing of production phases under acts of the performed works with the customer Is implemented.
4. different analytical reports are developed For control and the analysis of the performed works. Data analysis is made by projects, stages of projects, divisions of structure of the enterprise, divisions and departments of the organization, positions, Full Names Ispolniteley, work types. Calculation of reserves of labor costs, processings, costs of labor costs on work types is executed.

Reports at cost of the implemented stages of projects and also to a work in progress remaining balance by stages of projects with detailing of production costs are developed:

1. Own labor costs on work types.
2. Works of contractors on agreements GPH.
3. Works of subcontract organizations.
4. Itemized expenses with groupings under the articles of calculation.
