The solution is intended for automation of tasks of office based on standard functionality: registration of the entering / outgoing/internal documents of different types; mailing of incoming correspondence; creation of a layered design of storage of electronic documents with a possibility of differentiation of access rights of users, classifications and categorizations of documents. Also tasks of management of contract activities, internal document flow of the company were solved and the analytical functionality which allowed to create automatically reports for heads of Parket Hall on time of approval of documents and on control of execution of instructions is implemented. Total number of document types - about 80 at the time of the acceptance with a possibility of the subsequent expansion in the course of commercial operation.
