2019: Project completion on implementation "Scan Archive"

On November 5, 2019 the GENDALF company installed the program for accounting and storage of primary documents in Uralinteryer LLC.

According to the company, earlier paper registers with reconciliations manually took away a lot of time from accounting, and to other employees to get access to the necessary documents was difficult. Then in Uralinteryer decided to set development of GENDALF company – "Scan Archive".

Thanks to implementation of the program in Uralinteryer it was succeeded to create uniform storage of documents in 1C and to simplify work with them. Documents for November, 2019 do not look for in paper option on requests of employees and partners of the company – they are available requesting in electronic base. In "Scan Archive" work both at the main office, and in branches in other cities. Operators already entered to electronic storage archive for 2019 and continue to work with current documents.

One more process which simplified "Scan Archive" it is preparation for checks of regulatory authorities. Now long drawing up reports consigned to the past: it is possible to unload, create and send the necessary report literally in five minutes.

"Scan Archive" - the convenient program for accounting and document storage, for unloading of reports and work with partners. With its installation time for processing of each document grew – since it needs to be done carefully, deleting brackets and paper clips. But the program cardinally simplified processes, helped to create a common information space where any employee as required can find the necessary documents in base.
