Project Tasks:

• Automation business of processes of work with clients according to the concept of CRM (Customer Relations Management) Carrying out sales process as standard project, preserving of customer information and his requirements throughout all term of relationship, Obtaining analytical data according to the results of a trading activity. As a result - more dense work with the customer base, increase in a market share, reducing costs of the conclusion of one transaction. Allows to organize Hrany information on the concluded bargains for all lifecycle of customer relations
• work planning on service maintenance of the sold equipment and deliveries of account matreial.

• Automation of the logistic processes connected with purchase, storage, transportation from a warehouse of the supplier and to the client's warehouse within the strategy of SCM (Supply Chain Manegement) — supply chain management. Following of strategy of SCM allows to lower significantly delivery date, to optimize purchase costs and delivery, will provide all zaitnetesovanny persons with information on a delivery status, to provide more exact planning of warehouse stocks.
• Process automation of service maintenance of the equipment - information storage about the performed works. Planning of future works on service.

Obtaining the specified results will allow:

• optimize competence of personnel due to reduction of requirements to the contractor of the standard automated transaction, providing information for development to contractors by the busy solution of non-standard tasks
• organize receiving exact managerial financial information due to transfer of management accounting to the IFRS/GAAP standards
