On November 6, 2019 Corus Consulting Group announced project completion of business process automation in Abamet company, large distributor of the metalworking equipment for machine-building productions. As a result of implementation of 1C:ERP in the company the effective management system for distribution and service corresponding to requirements of the growing business was created.

For November, 2019 Abamet has 9 representations in 8 cities Russia and Belarus and plans further expansion to regions. In process of development of the company ITlandshaft ceased to correspond to tasks of business and did not provide heads reliable and detailed information for acceptance of management decisions, did not allow to organize harmonious work of all divisions. The decision on transition to a system – "was made 1C:ERP Enterprise management 2".

In the project progress the command of Corus Consulting transferred data by all orders and settlement from old bases and files Excel to the 1C Platform: ERP, configured integration with systems "1C: Accounting" and "1C: Integrated Automation". In order that implemented IT- the tool most fully covered the main guidance loops and accounting of distribution business, specialists finished basic functionality of the solution. In particular, in a system multiple currency accounting was implemented: now by settlings with partners of Abamet automatically prepares all necessary reporting not only in the Russian, but also in Belarusian rubles and also in euro and dollars. Also in ERP were configured algorithms for management of pricing and purchasing processes.

Abamet supplies the equipment across all Russia and out of its limits therefore we needed to organize in a system transparent and detailed accounting on all activities and to quickly receive the authentic and detailed reporting, including data on sales through dealers. Earlier for acceptance of management decisions data from the accounting system needed to be interpreted in a special way that required additional efforts and raised an error probability. An ERP system helps us to process quickly a large number of documents, to obtain detailed cost information and also to monitor and compare results of business by regions of sales,

Complex project approach and active participation of heads and staff of Abamet who deeply understands business processes of the company allowed us successfully and in time to complete the project.
