LogistiX completed implementation of LEAD WMS in the warehouse "Agrokhimikata"

2019: System implementation of management of the warehouse LEAD WMS

On November 7, 2019 the LogistiX company reported that, in March, 2019 the LogistiX company completed system implementation of management of the warehouse LEAD WMS in the warehouse KChZ Agrokhimikat.

According to the company, thanks to automation of a warehouse the following qualitative results were achieved:

• Traceability of raw materials from production before finished product output. Accurate lot-based accounting on production.
• 100% transparency during the work with expiration dates. Accounting of residual expiration dates at acceptance and shipment of goods, respect for the principles of FEFO.
• Carrying out inventory without stopping works of a warehouse and decrease in need for its carrying out at the expense of accounting accuracy.
• Increase in efficiency due to interchangeability of personnel on different sections and transactions.
• Seamless integration of WMS with a corporate system, faultless processing and data exchange.

For the purpose of independent automation of other warehouse platforms in the company of the Customer the professional Competence center for which specialists LogistiX conducted an individual professional development course and necessary instructing was created.

In October, 2019 LogistiX automated the second object – a finished goods warehouse.
