Education:

• In 2009 he graduated from Ufa State Petroleum Technical University with a degree in Computer Software and Automated Systems, qualification - engineer.
• In 2016, he graduated from Kuban State University, master's degree in personnel management training.

Work

• began in 2008 in the system of JSC AK Transneft, as a technician.
• 2009-2010 served on conscription.
• Since August 2010, he began his career at the MFC of Sochi, working first as a specialist, then as the head of the electronic information technology department. He was responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the LAN software and technical complex, and also managed the implementation of the software complex for the provision of state and municipal services.
• In April 2012, he was appointed director of MKU Electronic Sochi. The main task is to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the information and communication infrastructure of the Sochi city administration. He acted as a technical expert in terms of tasks related to the informatization of the administration of the city of Sochi and subordinate institutions.
• Since February 2016, he was transferred to the post of head of the information and communications department of the Sochi city administration (formerly the information resources department).
