GlaxoSmithKline (GSK, GSK, GlaxoSmithKline) (1C: Payroll and HR Management 8)

Increase in effective management of personnel, ensuring information support of business processes and also replacement of the outdated accounting system on modern were project objectives. In a type of complexity of accounting and a wide range of the automated processes, it was decided to use the product ""1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 PROF"". The RG-Soft company acted as the contractor of implementation. Due to the optimization of internal processes and also numerical growth of employees need for the complete solution for personnel management process automation appeared. The company management of JSC GlaxoSmithKline Trading" made the decision on implementation of the 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 PROF software product. During the carried-out works the following functions were executed:

• a system in 25 workplaces is automated;
• necessary initial settings are made;
• audit and optimization of settings of a system

The program allows to solve problems of implementation of the HR policy of the enterprise and comprehensive personel assessment at the modern level, correctly and quickly to process information on a status of personnel of the enterprise and to give the qualitative and informative conclusions about employees abilities on its basis, to plan training, development and career, to make the justified management decisions.

A system is accepted in commercial operation since 7/31/2019."
