"Smokes" completed the large-scale draft of the industry ERP solution

In the company of Smokes which is engaged in production of sausages and meat delicacies the large project of automation on the basis of the Microsoft Dynamics AX software product is complete. Implementation of industry solution "LANIT. The food industry" the system developer – LANIT company executed. The new management system covered the main enterprise in Moscow and the plant located in the city of Dmitrov of the Moscow region.

Implementation of the ERP system was caused by large-scale business development of the company and entry into the new markets that led to growth of sales volumes and staff increase.

The project was broken into three queues of implementation. Centralization and coordination of work of staff of department of supply, finance division, a warehouse became result of the first stage. Works on process automation of management of supply, stocks and all financial transactions, including planning of payments on the payment schedule were performed.

Within the second queue of implementation centralization and coordination of work of staff of the production and technology divisions connected with productive activity of the enterprises and also employees of the central and production warehouses, specialists in production logistics, accounting, economic planning and the analysis is implemented. As a result of the second queue of the project in the company costs for production were reduced.

Existence of production repartitions and need of work with finishing compoundings belongs to specifics of production in the meat-processing industry. The feature of a finishing compounding consists in an originality of cost accounting of the actual exits when cutting raw materials. Besides, in production process it is necessary to control constantly deviations in a consumption of raw materials and production losses in comparison with normative indicators. Other major indicator which is considered on all sections of production and subject to control, is the quality of products.

At the third stage of the project the processes connected with sale of finished goods, settlings with clients were automated. Besides, the production management system is integrated with the specialized program of optimal formation of orders.
