Azovo-Donskaya of UK (1C:Enterprise 8.3)

In February, 2018 the following works are performed:

• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
• Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
• Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
• Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
• Integration with other systems based on ""1C: Enterprise""
• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
• Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
• Individual training at office of the customer

Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution:

• Carried out initial setup of the basic solution 1C: Accounting for Non-credit Financial Organizations.
• Prepared transition methodology (development of a mepping of postings for 2 charts of accounts, compliances of articles of DDS, a mepping of income and expense items of RAS with characters of OFR) which was used further at integration into 1C: Accounting of edition 8.3.
• Within adaptation carried out completions of the basic solution 1C: Accounting for Non-credit Financial Organizations (completions of documents ""Conditions of loans, the credits, deposits" ", " "The memorial order"", ""Transaction EPS"") and completions of procedures of procedural accounting (closing of month, recognition of interest income).
• Besides, performed migration of NSI, broadcast of opening balances from the chart of accounts of RAS in the chart of accounts of EPS, configured algorithms for transfer of documents and turnovers on all transactions from base 1C: Accounting 8.3 in 1C: Accounting for Non-credit Financial Organizations CORP base.
• Carried out initial setup of tax accounting, finished algorithms of filling of the declaration on income tax.
• Implemented functionality on collecting and filling of forms of the regulated reporting (quarter and annual).
• Provided training of employees of the Customer and prepared sets of the training materials for further use."
