Bumfa Group: financial stability due to automation

In the Bumfa Group company which is engaged in production of hygienic and cosmetic products the implementation project of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.0 software product is completed by Business of IT group.

Works on implementation at the enterprise of an end-to-end information system began in May, 2007. By the beginning of 2008 commercial operation of a system started.

Within the project accounting and tax accounting, production management, budgeting, planning, order management, purchase management, inventory management, sales management, cash management, personnel records, settlings with personnel is automated. Training of employees of the client in work with a system was provided.

In a work progress over the project the methodology and tools of planning, the analysis, management and performance monitoring of financial and economic activity and liquidity of the enterprise based on systematic forecasting of future development of the company by drawing up budgets was implemented.

The implemented automated system allowed the management to solve quickly managerial and accounting problems, it is productive to manage costs, to accurately plan cash flows and to daily control costs at the enterprise and also to integrate all business processes in a common information space. 50 jobs are automated.
