On November 13, 2019 the service entering an ecosystem of Sberbank for job search and personnel recruitment of "Работа.ру" announced start of free service for check of reliability of employers.
Reliability of the company is estimated on several key factors formulated during the research of opinions of 2 thousand applicants from Russia.
So, 72% of applicants are most of all interested in information on average earnings in the companies. 59% of respondents noted importance of good reviews from employees. 48% of users interest privileges, as much respondents (48%) noted interest in information on employment duration. Closes the five of the key factors interesting applicants, possibilities of training and career development — this option was selected by 40% of respondents.
New service collects information on financial performance of the company, the number of employees and bonuses for them, competitors, news about the company in media and other data. In the future service is going to expand amount of criteria.
On the basis of open data algorithms carry out an inspection of the employer and make own recommendations about three signs: risks of bad faith, financial and legal risks. For convenience of perception all recommendations will be distributed on levels of risks: minimum, average and maximum.
By November 13, 2019 it is possible to find in service information and estimates of 50 leading companies of Russia, their list will extend in process of development of service and disclosure of information by other employers. All companies also have an opportunity to initiate the emergence on the platform through contacts on the website of service, specifies "Работа.ру".
