The Vprok retail network carried out more than 5.5 thousand shipments using electronic waybills to Synerdocs

2020: Transition to Synerdocs

The Vprok retail network passed to electronic way bills into Synerdocs. On September 9, 2020 the Directum company reported about it.

In August, 2019 the trading company refused paper document flow. In a year more than 5,500 shipments using electronic way bills in Synerdocs service are carried out already.

Each delivery to shop is followed by the way bill. The number of the printed documents was multiplied, and their processing took more and more time. Therefore the Vprok network set for itself the important task — to get rid of a paper routine to cut down expenses on printing, the maintenance of archive and to exclude loss of documents. The solution Synerdocs for cargo transportation allowed the company to pass quickly to exchange of electronic way bills (ETRN) and to optimize labor costs on processing of originals.

Now it is not necessary to print delivery notes. Thanks to integration of 1C and Synerdocs, ETRN are created in the usual accounting system and all exchange between "For the future" and transport company takes place in electronic form. For September, 2020 the retail network monthly sends about 400 way bills through e-document flow service. In the near future the company is going to scale the solution and to connect to exchange of suppliers.

• ETRN is not lost in way;
• it is possible to correct quickly typos and inaccuracies in delivery notes;
• time for processing of paper originals is reduced;
• costs on printing, sending and document storage are reduced.

Having transferred way bills to an electronic form, we solved a number of important problems at once: excluded loss and incorrect filling of documents, reduced paper archive and costs for printing — purchase of office supplies, gas station of cartridges and so on. Synerdocs helped to automate the business processes connected with transportation of goods from distribution warehouses on all our network. And it is 50,000 product names which is daily brought to more than 110 shops. For September, 2020 we carried out already more than 5,500 shipments using ETRN and purchased an additional traffic packet for 2021. In plans — transition to ETRN and with suppliers.
