According to the developer, the electronic service "Smart Care" is a service on the basis of devices with a bidirectional voice communication which are installed in the apartment. At sudden deterioration in the state of health it is not necessary to look for the phone number and to call, it is enough to press the button and the device without delay will connect to the operator. When falling the Coulomb with the chip and the sensor of falling automatically sends a signal to the situational center which contacts the client, specifies the reasons, reports the matter to relatives and, in case of need, directs crew of emergency medical service.

As noted in "the European Medical Center", the patient with a hip fracture is more senior, the it is more at it than indications for transaction. According to the statistics, without transaction more than 70% of patients are more senior than 60 years die in the next several months of a hypodynamia and complications.
