2019: Development of an internal corporate portal
On November 18, 2019 Corus Consulting Group reported that it developed an internal corporate portal for JSC GRUPPA SAFMAR. This communication platform created based on 1C-Bitriks24 provided the staff of management company with convenient instruments of communication and interaction for the solution of the general tasks.
The structure of group includes financial assets, the industrial companies, retail networks, construction and developer holdings, the logistic centers, radio stations and TV channels.
Such large number of assets of group requires creation at the level of management company of uniform communication space where employees could obtain quickly the last information on activity of the separate enterprises, discuss important events from group life, get access to internal services and special offers. Also the company was faced by a task to simplify joint work over projects and to provide access of employees to several hundred to the general base of documents. Start of an internal corporate portal on the 1C-Bitriks24 platform allowed to solve these problems.
The portal implemented by a command of Corus Consulting integrates interactive services and provides information from different sources in a uniform type. The communication platform contains general information about the companies (a news feed, an organization structure), blocks for internal communications (community on interests, communication in chats and groups) and also opportunities for remote work with documents and interactions in commands (problem definition and tracking of progress of project work). Thanks to integration the intranet portal with internal systems of the SAFMAR group – 1C: Payroll and HR Management and the Active Directory – users get online access to up-to-date data about employees, information on staff movements and structure of industrial financial group.
We wanted to create unified information and service environment for all staff of our office: provide them access to topical news about activity of the companies, create the general space for discussion of important events from group life, help to order quickly and conveniently all necessary for comfortable work: from stationery to business cards. We hope that the internal portal will increase the involvement of employees into the current activity of our companies and will become the useful tool for formation of the general corporate culture, |
The intranet portal was started in the summer of 2019 and during pilot work became the demanded communication tool.
